The staff didn’t clean my room the whole three nights I stayed there. I asked continuously. I also asked for towels. They said that they were washing them. There was a shortage so I had to wait on towels and honestly all the staff except for the guy at the front desk were rude.

Staff were very helpful, the property overall looks clean and well maintained. Very good transportation from the airport every 30 minutes. Very mediocre. The toilet sink was not working, the water was not draining. Lot of people yelling at midnight when I am trying to sleep. Lot of people on premises who appear to be "guests". Elevators not working.

The condition of the room was well below our expectations. There was no bedding for the pullout couch, and there was substantial noise all night from the loud television in the lobby. Also the coffee machine was broken. At other Hilton properties, they offer a breakfast to go when you have an early morning flight, but not at this property.
