🪪 Guest Verification & Check-In Requirements
To maintain a safe community environment, all confirmed guests must complete our secure verification process prior to arrival:
What’s Required: You will need to upload a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and complete our guest screening portal. A background check may be required in select instances.
• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.
Timeline: Verification must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations) to avoid automatic cancellation.
Note: Access codes and check-in instructions are only released once this mandatory verification is fully completed.
