I did not access the hotel's restaurants but as soon as i came through the door to check in there was a smile on the guest service members face and the smile extended from team member to team member my whole stay. I got a suite and the room was immaculate. The view was good and we were right next door to a Starbucks, which was convenient for us. My husband and i stayed for a couple's getaway. The gym was nice too. The only problem was the bed. It was very uncomfortable for me with my back problems. The pillows felt like it was nothing in them, also very uncomfortable. Next time if i come back i will definitely bring a mattress pad and my own pillow.

At first the experience I had was terrible the man working 1st shift was incredibly rude and unwilling to help me when i asked about an early check in. He wasn't able to remotely help me with my request of an early check-in so I left and when I came back second shift had to take it over and I have to say that guy on second shift was incredible super friendly super nice always willing to help you out to the best of his ability hands down the only reason why I would ever go back there because of that man.
