With plenty of space to relax and unwind, this peaceful retreat is just minutes from all that the Great Ocean Road has to offer.
The Space:
Spacious Coastal Retreat in the Heart of Peterborough – Great Ocean Road
Welcome to your perfect escape on the world-famous Great Ocean Road, nestled in the heart of the sleepy seaside village of Peterborough, Victoria. This beautifully designed, spacious home is just a short stroll to the beach and golf course, and conveniently located right behind the local favourite café, TEDs.
With 4 bedrooms plus a cozy loft space, this home comfortably sleeps larger groups or families, offering flexible accommodation with:
3 Queen beds
1 King bed
2 King single beds
1 additional bed in the loft ( please note this area doesn't have a private space.
Enjoy a mix of style and comfort with 3 split systems for heating and cooling, ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms, timber floors, and beautifully crafted timber stairs leading to the upper level. The main living space features comfortable couches and a TV, opening up to a north-facing balcony that overlooks the peaceful surroundings—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine.
One bedroom also features a second lounge area, complete with couches, a tea table, and room for board games – ideal for winding down after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a butler’s pantry, and flows effortlessly to the north-facing deck and backyard, where you’ll find a BBQ and outdoor shower – ideal for rinsing off after the beach.

You will have access to all areas of the property except the garage.
Please note that TEDs Café is located directly next to the house, and we share a walkway along the kitchen side of the property with the café. We kindly ask that guests do not use this side walkway for access.
For privacy, we usually keep the curtains closed on that side, as it looks directly onto the café's access path.
Other Things to Note:
We share a block with our neighbours ( TEDS cafe) which is super convenient for your morning coffee hit! We share a walkway along the MACs street side of the house and ask that you do not use this path. We prefer to keep the curtain closed along that side also for privacy.

I won’t be attending the property in person during your stay, unless there’s an issue that requires my presence. However, I’m always available by phone if you need anything or have any questions during your visit.
