The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but is dated but still not to bad if you like a classic feel . The contental breakfast had all the typical items which is nice to be included A warmer comforter on the bed would be a plus as it was a bit thin. Overall it was not to bad I've seen alot worst to be honest and it is very close to everything.

excellent property in the downtown core. we had a great room at the front of the hotel with floor to ceiling windows and the bar across the street could be heard until 2 am on a saturday night. otherwise a great stay and staff were very friendly. very clean and affordable although a little dated. would stay again.

Great place to stay. My room had a fireplace and jetted bath tub. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Overall a very clean and welcoming place. Being downtown was nice. As I was walking around I noticed a pool hall. Something you don't see much of nowadays. The hotel gave me a 15% off voucher for a few local restaurants. Tried Riley's. Very good.

The whole place needs an update and a deep clean. For example, area around the nozzles of the jets in the tub is pink; walls in the breakfast area are dirty. Breakfast is very simple. Would be nice if they had dairy free milk for coffee/tea. Positive is that it’s right downtown close to shops and restaurants and just two doors down to the theatre.

The rooms were dirty/ Washroom flush was not working and I had to fix it. The water was really dirty. The blankets had an awful smell. The room was not properly cleaned and had lot of dusts even om the blanket.
