Paid for a 2 night stay, almost $400. Second morning there was a power outage. We had no electricity and water. Wasn’t able to warm up my son’s bottles. Couldn’t shower, no breakfast. Wasn’t offered an apology, or discount. Upon asking for a supervisor, employee called them and then had the entire conversation in their language so we couldn’t understand. Very disappointed. Not even close to being worth $400

The smell in the lobby and in the room was a horrible moldy smell. The couch looked so dirty that i used a towel to sit on. Bed, couch and toilet were so low. Hard to get up out of them. For the price of $200 and the Howard Johnson name I was expecting a lot more.

They charged me a 200 damage deposit, but didn't clean the yellow stains, running down the wall in the bathroom and the water was black. The comforter on my bed had blood on it. The room had an overpowering smell of cigars. Had to open the windows hours before we were able to sleep in there.
