Travelled with 3 other people who are also extremely satisfied with this hotel. Breakfast: that was the best breakfast from a hotel we have all ever experienced. Everything tasted fresh, and they had options for everyone! Everything about the property looked clean, the staff were very friendly. The only thing that was a bit unfortunate; we had an individual that’s disabled and the elevator wasn’t working when we first got there. Completely fine, and no one’s fault. He was able to walk up to the third floor, it’s just difficult for him to walk up and down stairs. The elevator was fixed the following day so it really wasn’t too bad, just a bit uncomfortable for the individual. We would have appreciated a heads up is all :) We will definitely be staying at this hotel anytime we are in Lindsay!

We have stayed here several times and have always felt safe,comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Although the menu items are the same (cereal, toast, waffles, eggs,bacon and sausages, yogurt and a couple of fruits) the food is always hot and waffle mix pre-measured. Just wish maybe breakfast potatoes were available. Plenty of parking. Parking spots were plowed and walkways were kept clear during the snow fall. Very welcoming and staff is attentive. We only had one issue where the new door unlocking system wouldn’t acknowledge the key card but staff were able to assist us when we wanted into the room. We decided to stay an extra night and they changed us to a room that our key card would work no problem. Housekeeping was very polite and provided us with a couple extra towels when asked. Shopping just takes a few minutes by car to get to. Lindsay Transit stop is just at the end of driveway which is convenient.

Nice new hotel at a reasonable price with a seamless check in and out process. Friendly staff and free breakfast. The only downsize is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We found it to be quite loud and there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms.
