"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom lacked a napkin and towel stand for clean towels instead of them on the bed or sink.
A robe hanger or towel rack, for easier retrieval of the towel after a shower would have been nice. I didn’t care too much for a black shower bottom. I prefer white for identification of mold or mildew.
Transportation can be very expensive on the island. Going into Road Town the main hub, 3-4 miles away from Nanny Cay was $20. The taxis charge per person and not distance. I paid around that amount for 9 miles with Uber and two or three others could have joined me.
The hotel could think about having a shuttle service for the guest going to and from Road Town. The taxi tariff should be visible for guest to see.
Food at Omar’s restaurant was good. It was convenient to have a supermarket in the complex."
