The resort is absolutely lovely. The rooms are stylish with a comfortable beachy vibe and well appointed. While the drinks and food are expensive, the staff is friendly, accommodating and are there to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The beach is wonderful! Views are fantastic! No cruise ships docking! Really nice pool and bar. The 1748 restaurant was very good with a wide selection of dishes. For such a great property I was very surprised at the reception desk which is a small hut at the entrance to the property. There is no concierge desk as such. No personnel to give you advise on local attractions etc. the majority of the staff gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there! In my opinion the staff let the resort down.

Lovely room/views and the so many of the staff members were engaging, friendly and so helpful. We particularly enjoyed Johnny's bar and the staff there - Kimberly, Steven and Ivan.
