Pretty apartment with large private garden and BBQ, terrace and pool in small complex between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione on southern Lake Garda. The apartment is just a few meters from the lake and is great for families who want to discover Lake Garda, who want to visit the amusement parks and are looking for an apartment where they can relax after a busy day at Lake Garda. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a double room with access to the small terrace overlooking the pool and courtyard, a single room, bathroom with natural light, shower, toilet, bidet, a hallway with built-in wardrobe in which the washing machine is available and a friendly living area with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, water cooking, cooking utensils), dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, sofa bed.
From the living room you step on the terrace and into the fully fenced and beautifully grown garden (artificial grass). Sun loungers, patio tables, chairs and 2 bicycles are provided in the private garage of the apartment. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September and can be used free of charge.
From the apartment you can quickly get to Peschiera del Garda or Sirmione and directly opposite you will also find a good restaurant if you don't want to cook yourself. Supermarkets are 1.5 km away, beaches 1.2 km (Peschiera del Garda or Sirmione Punta Gro). The fun parks Gardaland and Movieland are just 6 km away, as is the Aquria Thermal Spa in Sirmione!
