Fabulous location

Convenient. Clean. Practical. Bella Italia is a fantastic location for a family holiday. The apartment was right opposite the restaurant, perfect for tired young children!

Bella Italia Ibisco

Apartment was looking at a hedge. At edge of campsite. 7 mins walk to shop/restaurant. More to reception. Check in was crazy. Queued for an hour at 13.30 only to be told to return at 17.00 for keys. Queued for another 30 mins. Only got one set of towels so had to queue again for 30 mins to get the other 5 sets of towels. Campsite itself very good but huge and very busy. Restaurant palazzo food great. In summary we are not keen to return. Apartment basic.

L'appartement était dans un état déplorable, très sale et en mauvais état, nous avons vraiment été déçu surtout pour un village vacances de 5 étoiles et au prix de la semaine. Je ne recommande pas.

Tolle Lage, etwas spartanisch

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an drei Pools, was ein absolutes Highlight für die Kids war. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, kann man sich durch die bis spät abends Badenden gestört fühlen. Für uns war es ok. Bis zum See brauch man keine 10 Minuten, auf dem Areal gibt es noch mehrere andere Bademöglichkeiten. Die ganze Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gepflegt. Leider war die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr spartanisch und die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Es lagen Haare im Bad.

Horrorwohnung

Beim betreten modriger Geruch und absolut ungemütlich. Schlechte Ausstattung und nur direkte, helle Beleuchtung. Keine Bilder oder sonstige Deko. Gemütlichkeit - Fehlanzeige. Beim umschauen, Schimmel an allen Wänden. Nach einer Beschwerde gab es die Möglichkeit kostenlos in ein Bungalow umzuziehen. Die Ausstattung da war ebenso einfach, allerdings viel weniger Schimmel und alles etwas netter. Die Restaurants waren gut, allerdings hängt die Freundlichkeit & Service am eingesetzten Personal…

Grundsätzlich gut geschnittenes Apartment mit Balkon. Die Küchenausstattung ist es etwas dürftig. Der Campingplatz ist sehr gross uns gepflegt. Einziges Manko, Leitungswasser riecht nach Chlor.

Kinderfreundliches Gesamtpaket

Die gesamte Woche war einfach super. Die Unterkunft entspricht Ital. Standard und man muss kleine Abstriche machen. Aber es ist für Familien mit Kindern der ideale Urlaub. Wasserpark ausreichend mit rutschen und Spielgeräte. Spielplätze in ausreichender Form vorhanden sowie kleine Parks mit Hüpfburg und minni Zug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Platz zu annehmbaren Preisen. essen super und alles auch zum Mitnehmen für einen entspannten Abend auf der Terrasse der Unterkunft.

Recht schöne Ferienanlage

Die Ferienwohnung war zwar sauber, aber recht einfach eingerichtet. Für einen Urlaub sollte diese wirklich besser sein. Die Anlage drumherum war parkähnlich und sehr schön. Es gab viele Restaurants und sogar einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Stadt Peschiera ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Nie mehr wieder

Das Appartment was wir über Interchalet gebucht hatten war dreckig, dunkel und stank modrig! Alles war veraltet. Steckdosen und Lichtschalter wackelten - war fast lebensgefährlich! Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer ging nur halb auf, da sie am Boden schliff. Die Betten waren zwar frisch bezogen aber die Matrazen waren voller Flecken. Waren dran wieder abzureisen. Jedoch hat uns der Campingplatz einen Bungalow angeboten. Dieser war sauber, geräumig und stank nicht. Der Campingplatz selbst ist OK

Service voldoet niet aan beschrijving

Prima appartement. Groot genoeg voor 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Wel erg gehorig. Het geschuif van de stoelen was vanaf 6:30 uur heel erg storend. Dit hoorde je door het hele complex. Het beschreven handdoek en beddengoed wissel us niet uitgevoerd volgens de beschrijving. Handdoeken kwamen eerder dan 7 dagen maar dan niet genoeg voor u pers. Later bij gekregen. Beddengoed is helemaal niet gewisseld. Zwembaden heel erg smerig en ba 1,5 week werd er op ee avond ee goedje in gedaan.

Massiver Schimmelbefall

Die Unterkunft war wirklich eine Zumutung. Beim öffnen der Tür ist man bereits vom Schimmelgeruch empfangen worden. Es stand zwar in der Beschreibung "zweckmäßig Eingerichtet" ...aber es sollte besser heißen...nichts vorhanden. In dem einen Schlafzimmer hat der Kleiderschrank gefehlt. Im Bad gab es keinerlei Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. An der Garderobe im Wohn/ Esszimmer Küche/Flur gab es 2 Haken für eigentlich 7 Personen. Steckdosen wegen der nassen Wohnung alle locker im Putz. LEBENSGE

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet , die komplette Anlage war gepflegt + sehr sauber. Das Angebot an Sport, Spiel + Spass + Veroflegung optimal . Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel + Gebrauchsgegenständen war reichhaltig vorhanden . Sehr entspannter Urlaub zu zweit sowie Familien .

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, eccetto qualche piccolo problema del armadio. Però l'hanno prontamente. Poi un altro problema è che abbiamo aspettato quasi tre ore in fila per fare il check in.

Die Ferienwohnung in der Ferienanlage Bella Italia war sehr gut. Wetter im September war sehr schön, sodaß wir neben Ausflügen nach Sirmione, Perschiera und Venedig den Pool und die Liegen auch nutzen konnten.
