The room was nice and clean, the staff were really friendly and informative and the chicken process was really fast, a tiny bit of a hassle having multiple cards for multiple things, would’ve really loved bottled water or if it was filtered water through the taps maybe a note saying that however it was a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean, well set up and spacious for a family. The beds were comfortable and it was so handy having the laundry facilities. The apartment was in a great location, easy walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and most importantly the beach.

Staff were great and location to the beach was brilliant. Not very impressed with the views, we were promised ocean views but all i could see is the derelict building site below with an enormous amount of trash and dumping right outside, and graffiti/vandalism. Maybe a discussion with the council to prompt cleaning that up! Really spoilt the feel. Cleaners were good so overall not really a problem with cleanliness, however the carpet could do with a deep clean or renew - our feet were black within 20mins of being in there.
