The Vinyl Apartment: Retro 2-Bedroom with Sunset Balcony, East Fremantle

A two-bedroom apartment in East Fremantle with a music theme you notice straight away: a wall of guitars above the dining table and a wall of record art in the main bedroom. The large balcony faces the sunset.

Inside
The living room has a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, a retro rug and doors out to the balcony. The galley kitchen has a full oven and a coffee machine, and the dining table under the guitar wall seats six. Air conditioning is in the lounge and the main bedroom.

One bathroom with a bath and shower, which also holds the laundry with a washer and dryer.

Outside
The large balcony with beanbags catches the sunset, so it is where most evenings end up.

The area
East Fremantle mixes heritage homes, good food and a strong local feel. George Street`s cafés, bars and boutiques and J Dolan Park are a walk away, and the river paths are close for a walk or ride. Fremantle Markets, the Round House and the Rottnest ferry are a short drive or an easy bike ride.

Getting around
Walk to George Street, or ride about 10 minutes into Fremantle. Buses, Uber and taxis are easy to find.

Good to know
- Parking: Parking for one car, with no allocated bay, so it is first in, first served.
- Sleeps six using the air mattress in the living room, with one bathroom. It is most comfortable for four adults or a family.
- Air conditioning is in the lounge and bedroom 1 only.
- Self check-in from 3pm. Checkout by 10am.
- After booking, you`ll get a link to complete online check-in, including photo ID for the lead guest (25 or over). Your digital guidebook arrives 3 days before your stay and your access code 24 hours before arrival.

- Up to 6 guests. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, and until 9am on Sundays and public holidays, in line with WA`s noise regulations. Please keep outdoor noise low from 7pm, out of respect for our neighbours.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- The lead guest must be 25 or older and complete online check-in with photo ID before arrival.
- Please lock up and close windows when you head out.
- No pets, sorry. Assistance animals are always welcome, with no pet fee.

At checkout
- No need to wash dishes, strip beds or clean. Our team looks after all of that.
- Please leave the home reasonably tidy and put rubbish in the outdoor bins.
- Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
- Lock the doors and return keys as described in your check-in guide.
