It’s a room in a small horse barn and it’s exactly what I needed. Quiet, greeted by host and then allowed to enjoy the property without interference. The bathroom is tiny but that was to be expected. Really loved the property. Only 7 miles from Loudenville so phone internet and navigation worked. Horses helped my heart as I was not in town for pleasure, it was the break I needed. There’s a full kitchen but I didn’t need it. Streaming channels and the bed and pillows were very nice.

Bring right in the barn with two horses made a unique experience. Super clean. Beds were comfortable. There is a lovely patio to sit and overlook the pastures. There is no railing on the top bunk if you have any concern about that you may want to plan ahead.

Home away from home

Clean and comfortable place to stay. The atmosphere is relaxing and they have the best two greeters ever. I with they had the horses names on the stalls. The shower was a little tight but it did the job. It was nice being able to cook and not have to eat out.
