Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Place used towels in front on the washing machine. BAG ALL TRASH and put it in the green cans outside the garage. Place the key on the kitchen table. Do not lock the doors. Turn the heat down to 65.
Turn the AC to 72. Load and start the dishwasher. Wash all dishes. Turn the temperature on the hot tub down to 90.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
