The Chez l’Anna gîte is ideally located for easy travel and discovery of the surrounding Auvergne gems! And yes, the happy owners of this building did not hesitate to roll up their sleeves for a most successful result! The gîte is perfectly suited to groups: friendly and super equipped! You will have an excellent stay there! A farandole of equipment awaits you, including: table football, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court... just that! The lodge is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A large TV lounge area and reading corner - 2 beds in the comfortable sofa bed - A separate toilet - A games room with table football - A bathroom - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed (or two 80 cm beds) First floor : - A kitchen open to the large dining room with a beautiful fireplace (a free welcome basket then the stere: €100) - Two bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed (or two 80 cm beds) - A spacious bathroom - A separate toilet On the 2nd floor: - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed (or two 80 cm beds) and a 90 cm bed - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed (or two 80 cm beds) and a baby bed - A bathroom/wc The exterior, beautifully planted with trees and flowers, will be a real additional living space on sunny days. There is in particular a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The cottage is located in the very quiet town of the typical village of Perpezat, 100 meters from the Church. Independent house with garden, just renovated for family stays!
