Very quiet house, ideal for skiing, hiking and sightseeing, close to La Bourboule.

The owners welcome you in this recently renovated house, located in a quiet hamlet, 1.5 km from La Bourboule and 5 km from the Mont Dore.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
In summer, many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking from the house are available.
The hikers and pedestrians will receive a privileged welcome from the owners, themselves practicing: many courses offered, possible support; a 10% discount will be granted to FFCT and FFRP licensees outside school holidays.
In winter you can practice ski run or snowshoe outings background and nearby.
After these efforts, you can benefit from the new water park pole of La Bourboule
The guests also benefit from special rates (thermal baths of La Bourboule 1.5 km and 5 km Mt Dore)

RAS sur la propriété vue magnifique. Petit appartement ,bien équipé seule petit ennuie pas éponges dans WC et SDB (j'ai l'habitude d'en avoir) et sur l'annonce il y a 2 SDB de marqué il y en a qu'une. sinon lieu et personnes très agréable.Nous reviendrons.

Séjour Auvergne entre amis

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et accueillant. De plus le gîte est très bien placé entre la Bourboule, le Mont-Dore et Murat-le-Quaire. Des sentiers de randonnées au départ du gîte. Une semaine reste trop court pour pouvoir visiter tous les lieux emblématiques des volcans d’Auvergne.

Un gite bien situé et bien équipé

Les plus : Bonne situation géographique. Parking privatif extérieur et garage pour l'hiver. Environnement calme. Belle vue sur le Sancy. Terrasse et bout de pelouse bien agréables. Équipement particulièrement complet. Bonne literie. Wifi correct. Les moins : Le parquet qui grince et les portes qui couinent. Le premier levé le matin réveille toute la maison ! Ou aussi celui qui se lève la nuit réveille tout le monde ! L'intérieur mériterait un rafraichissement et un petit coup de modernisme (il semble y avoir déjà eu des efforts de faits) Il faut préciser que l'accès à la maison se fait uniquement par un petit escalier extérieur étroit et qu'on ne peut pas monter directement depuis le garage dans la maison. Ce n'est donc pas un gite accessible à tous. Le livret d'accueil et la procédure d'accès sont précis et bien faits mais nous n'avons vu personne, ni le propriétaire ni l'éventuelle femme de ménage, c'est un peu impersonnel....

Très agréable maison avec tout le nécessaire (sauf lave-vaisselle, mais rien de grave). Idéallement située au coeur du Sancy pour de nombreuses randonnées et activités. La proximité de La Bourboule est un plus pour les accès aux commerces et le calme du lieu est appréciable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Cette maison de vacances est idéale ! Tout y est parfait dans les moindres détails : bonne literie, bien chauffée, bon débit d'eau de la douche, cuisine très bien équipée avec des poêles qui n'accrochent pas, canapé confortable... bref excellent séjour au Petit Chuquet. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont tout prévu, même des classeurs avec des circuits de randonnées et de vélos.

Si vous recherchez un endroit ou vous pourrez faire une sieste tout en ayant comme vue le puy de Sancy, faire des promenades en pleine foret et croiser quelques animaux locaux ou des randonnées courtes ou longues mais qui laissent de beaux souvenirs et une carte mémoire de l'appareil photo pleine, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. La Location est sympa et rien ne manque. Quand aux propriétaires, quelle gentillesse et disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location située dans un très beau pays pour les amoureux de la randonnée pédestre, de la pêche et de la gastronomie locale. La maison était parfaitement équipée pour accueillir adulte et enfants.Gentillesse des propriétaires et beaucoup d'attention comme par exemple cartes des circuits de randonnée de la région, documentations locales, etc......... Nous recommandons cette location a toutes personnes souhaitant prendre un grand bol d'air Auvergnat.
