Not a good experience! Lack of cleanliness, not a good clear communication at the front desk, the only nice thing was the staff from breakfast! Air conditioner didn't work so room was always hot! A very unpleasant smell around the hallways! Overall not a good experience

La atención de las personas del restaurante es terrible. Ni usan tapabocas, no hay desayuno completo, no limo an las mesas, usan trapos sucios para "limpiar" las mesas. Deben de manejar protocolos de atención a cliente adecuados. Se debe de mejorar la atención al cliente en términos generales. El hotel está sobrevalorado para el servicio que ofrecen.
