Excellent Country Hotel

If you are looking for an amazing hotel out in the country, then this is it!! This has been a bucket list vacation for my wife for years and we were not disappointed! The view from the hotel is AWESOME! The photos do not do it justice. It is better in person! The room was excellent, we always had hot water for the shower. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. The food was excellent as we ate breakfast there as well as some of our evening meals. The Staff was amazing; very friendly and cordial to our needs. Most importantly it was peaceful there. We constantly heard the birds chirping which gave a calming effect to the experience and other guests were quiet and respectful as well. As my wife said, this was like and extended honeymoon for us. This was an excellent choice. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is close to Pereira, but feels like it is a world park, amazing pool wonderful restaurant great room service. The suites are wonderful with the giant hot tub, I will definitely return again and again.

Beautiful place! Gorgeous views of the mountains and valleys and birds chirping However service at the hotel’s restaurant is very very slow and food is not tasty even though the staff at the restaurant are very nice Elizabeth at the reception is very sweet and johnathan at the reception was very helpful with arranging a day trip to Marssela The room is beautiful however the lighting is poor.. and it would be nice to have an electric coffee machine in the room

great resort

This is a mountain lodge, so it is a bit more rustic than you would find at a beach location. however the rooms were clean, big, in good repair, and comfortable. The bed I had in my room is literally the biggest I have ever slept in. It is bigger than a King. Room service is fantastic, as is the food from the restaurant. The pool features two jacuzzis, a pool, and a sauna. There is also transportation to and from the airport provided free of charge. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay again. By the way, this is a great place for a romantic getaway.
