It was a nice spacious apartment my two complains were the elevator, since its part of the mall it takes long! Its always busy also the noise from the cars will not let you sleep (the mattress was hard)

The property was nice and clean but should be since it is relatively new. We still gave it an 8, but they need to fix 2 things: 1> Do not say housekeeping if there is no housekeeping. We asked on the 2nd day when they would clean since they did not the first day. The response was "that is extra". We did not ask how much since we were leaving the next day. and it was "the housekeepers day off"... 2> Do not say you have an english/spanish staff if not true. The guard/front desk knew how to say good morning and nothing else. It took several minutes to simply ask for toilet paper.. We had to present the roll from the bathroom to arrive at an understanding of the issue.

El apartamento es muy lindo. El check in fue super fácil porque hicimos el proceso que nos enviaron por correo con anterioridad. El personal super amable. Una ventaja grande es que queda dentro de un mall entonces hay de todo para comer, comprar, etc. El parqueadero es dentro del centro comercial con vigilancia y no tiene ningún costo. El apartamento tiene una zona de ropas y plancha disponible. La cocina muy bien dotada. El apartamento tiene un baño completo y otro que es medio (solo sanitario y lavamanos). Los sofá cama súper cómodos.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, ofrece accesibilidad a comercio, restaurantes y locales comerciales. Todo es nuevo y esta en muy buenas condiciones. El apartamento cumple las expectativas, considero que falta mejorar algunos aspectos como limpieza diaria, nunca tuvimos servicio en los días de estadía, falta completar el menaje para el numero de ocupantes del apartamento así como toallas y papel higiénico
