The key cards did not work for most of our stay. A car alarm went off for an entire night. The manager was MIA and when I reached out to Hilton they were not helpful at all. Our room never got cleaned.

Breakfast had limited options. The lady who checked me in, Tanya, left us waiting for a long time while she sat on her phone, I had to ask her to check us in. Then she charged my card when the rooms were already paid for. Pool was closed due to broken heater pump. Wasnt impressed at all. Rooms had peeling wallpaper.

Only complaint was the pool wasnt warm they said the heating element was out and she had no maintenance 🙄 we were there 2 nights and she said that on the first night i believe they could of called one .my 4 year old was really looking forward to the pool

Hotel is great overall; rooms are well kept and modern. Been staying there for years, of the hotels in Pekin, this is always my first choice. Parking is great, ease of stay is great, property is always maintained with friendly/helpful folks.

Closet door fell off the track when rolling it and almost hit me and toilet paper holder was broke. All was mentioned instantly to the front deal and while they came to check it out they did nothing to remedy the situation or reduce the price. Won't be staying here probably again.
