Dated hotel. We were booked in a first floor handicapped room. Room was okay, bathroom needed to be re-caulked. Caulk was black and molding. Design of roll in shower was lousy--lots of water spilled out onto floor, making it slippery

Hotel does not have a working elevator and has not had one for a month according to the agent checking us in to this place. The General Manager said they hope to have by this May. Folks, that is four months off. How can you run a business and put people on the fourth floor and not have an elevator. Just do not get it.

Check in was a breeze. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. I stayed here last December and decided to stay again because of the positive experience. I don’t get to have breakfast because I catch a 5:00 am flight to TN. It would be nice to have a bowl or plate with a banana or apple and a few granola bars. After we boarded we ended up with an hour and a half delay.

I waited at the front desk for approximately 15 minutes to check in. The camera at the front desk that would alert the young man that was folding towels is broken. I see that as a facilities problem NOT the young man working the front desks problem. The elevator is also broken and my room was on the 4th floor

Everything was good except the elevator was out and had. Been for 2 weeks. I have severe breathing issues and my daughter that was traveling with me has had a hip replacement. It was all we could do to go up and down the stairs.I was asked by the guy that checked us in if the second floor was ok. I answered i guess. I spoke to the receptionist when i checked out and she told me everyone was told they could get a full refund. I was not offered that. I feel a email should have been sent to say the elavator was out or been offered a refund.

This is my second time at this hotel but in a nicer room. It was okay, but just needed some care. The staff was sort of rude. The room was alright but definitely needed a good cleaning and some updates. The breakfast was underwhelming at best. We didn’t find out that the elevator was not working until we checked in… and we were on the top floor after a long drive.

Room was clean, and nice staff. The only problem was. We were on the 4th floor, and the elevator was broken. It was hell getting our luggage up to the 4th floor,and when we left. It was a pain. Next visit I will call make sure the elevator is working. Before I head there.
