Corner room so upgraded tv and access to wired internet as well… staff is always friendly and welcoming as been a regular the last yr now… heat from all units in room were more then enough to keep me warm. Beds are a little stiff but not a deal breaker. Restaurant on site and close to all amenities. Also parking for sparrow scooters on site.

The rooms were very clean, very nice. The beds were comfy, was nice they had two types of pillows to accommodate different sleepers. The photos online do nothing for this hotel it is way nicer than expected. They have fire pits and you can buy smore kits The outdoor bar with fire tables were really nice. The pool area is amazing, the water was warm the hot tub was so nice. I have nothing bad to say about the staff and hotel. Only downside was a hockey team there and they were all out enjoying the hot tub and pool having fun. But very disrespectful to other guests. The teenagers were splashing the water from the cold plunge at the people in the hot tub. Yes I am that person that cares only because I was very cold and wanted to enjoy the hot tub. This is no reflection on the hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing property. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy. The wellness centre is amazing!! Hot tub, cold plunge pool, swimming pool and yoga room were so nice we stayed an extra couple of nights so we could enjoy them. Resort vacation at a Ramada. Who knew! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed one night in October. The hotel did not have very many guests (off-season) but all the amenities were still open so it felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. I swam in the heated pool and it was crystal clear. We stayed in the tower with a view of the golf course. You could see the highway but it wasn't loud on our patio or in the room. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Cute, simple, clean, and affordable sums up our trip. Our check in was easy and quick. The hotel has a resturant right on the grounds but is also located very close to other restaurants and is in walking distance to the South Okanagan Event Center where we were going to watch a concert so super convenient location. The rooms, pool, and parking are behind a gate which is unlocked by your room key providing a super safe atmosphere. The pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna are in great condition, unfortunately we didnt get a chance to use them, but that was our fault. Checkout was fast and simple too. While its not right down town its still on one of the main roads. I would definitely stay here again.

Always love staying here but the new spa takes it to the next level. We used the sauna, cold plunge and hot tub 3 times in our two day stay. The pool area is lovely with lots of loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we are in Penticton, 3 or 4 times a year.

The good: Clean and functional room, 2 large beds. Large bathroom. It is basically a large well kept motel. Easy to park. Not great: if you are allergic to pets, beware, while the room seemed clean my allergies acted up both nights and I suspect it was due to guests staying with animals, and dust mites in the bed covers.It is also overpriced for what it is.
