The Balcony view was partial of the lake I would have liked to know this before because a full lake view would have been nicer. The hotel was not full at the time of my stay. Front desk staff are not particularly welcoming. The green card discount of breakfast for not using housekeeping was an interesting concept. I liked it. The hot tub was the biggest disappointment with the switch for making the spouts work in the hot tub was broken. From other patrons of the gym it was broken for a while. It is a mission finding the hot tub and pool if it is your first visit to the hotel. I’d experience a cockroach at the ice machine that had to be swatted away not to land in my ice bucket. The pillows on the beds are definitely due to be replaced.

We like the new wing more than the main building, much more comfortable beds, nice balcony and fireplace, great shower. Only thing we didn't like is that if you turn the light on in the bathroom during the middle of the night is it shines through the glass into the bedroom and wakes the other person up.
