First impression was positive, a quiet location and a newer renovated space. I can see the vision, a beachy hideaway. Most amenities were well stocked (other than toilet paper, very small amount). It was a relaxing environment and all appliances worked well. The pull out couch was not comfortable (very thin, sloped) and the living room was very bright (no shades on two large windows). Would recommend for a couple to stay as the king bed offered a restful sleep.

The guesthouse is spacious and very clean, with easy parking, all the needed amenities, and very effective air conditioners to keep us cool comfortable during the hot temperatures. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet within minutes to downtown and the beach. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and Brian was super fast to assist when needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you!

Our stay in the guesthouse was very comfortable. It is a spacious new coach house, very private and well located close to downtown, grocery stores, and a quick drive to beaches. It is well supplied with all the basics, and includes a large kitchen, bedroom and washer/dryer. It includes a convenient private parking spot. Although I had some difficulty with the VRBO app, Brian was quick to respond and gave me all the information needed. We had a great trip!
