Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was enjoyable. I would have given more stars, but we were on the road side of the building, and it was a bit noisy from time to time, that and the airplanes flying over in the morning, but that is apparently the way it it is in Penticton from a local.

when we walked into the lobby to check in there was some kind of kids birthday party going on. It was soo loud that the reception clerk and I had to wait for breaks in the yelling and screaming so that we could hear each other. I had booked a non refundable room or I would have walked out and gone to a different hotel. Not what you expect when you are checking into a quiet hotel to rest.
