I was so upset to find out after checking in that the hot tub was not available. It was the reason we booked this establishment. We have been doing a LOT of driving and my back is killing me. I desperately NEEDED the hot tub.

Everything was as it should be. Towels, coffees, kitchenette clean, whole room was clean & orderly. TV Channels were very limited… horrible in fact. Not even up to a Basic Cable ! We were informed that because it was the Christmas Holiday Season that there would be NO in-room services, ie: maid, towels etc. But we stayed there for 4 nights and in that time we received NO in -room Services. We had to go to office to get clean towels, soaps, coffee etc. as far as cleaning the room Not one in room cleaner made any appearance . We had piles of garbage, bottles, cans, recyclables Etc. No cleaners could be found. We weren’t even asked if we needed anything. It was Unacceptable ! The first two days we fully supported but not the 4 days of our stay !!
