I got the room with the king bed it was without a doubt the most cramped room I have ever rented . The bathroom was the only part that was spacious . The furniture or decor what ever is more for looks than comfort . It looks cute but is uncomfortable with only one chair that was highly uncomfortable to sit in for more than 5 minutes . Even the furniture in the breakfast area was that way . and no microwave except in the lobby . Even Best Western has microwaves in the rooms . the bed was at least comfortable . Might try the Home 2 but the furniture is probably the same

Our room was clean and comfortable. Tru has done an outstanding job remodeling this hotel. The location was most convenient near the Medical Center where my wife had an early morning appointment. We did not get to partake in the breakfast buffet; however, it looked great. I'd gladly stay in another Tru by Hilton for my next hotel needs.
