Original room needed attention. Furniture looked worn and baseboards were separating from the wall. The floor I was put on had a lot of construction. I didn’t see any other guests but was surrounded by 10-15 construction workers, broke Sheetrock and tools in the hallways and an uneasiness. Once I reported this to the front desk, they moved my room and everything went smooth with pleasant apologies and big smiles. I’m not sure why they would have originally put me on a floor that was consumed by renovations, but they def handled my concerns well.
