Southern Breeze 8 on Perdido Key which is also known as the "Lost Key."

This cute fully equipped 1-bedroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a full size kitchen, a full size bathroom, a balcony off the master bedroom, as well as a washer and dryer.

Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance.
**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

Overall amazing trip. Condo was clean, easy to check in / out, awesome back deck. Couple min walk to the beach and very affordable. Only issue, and we worked through it, I wish the fold out bed on the couch was better. Definitely would stay here again, great place.

Very happy during our stay. Beautiful view from the balcony as well. All of the restaurants are close by, beach is right across the street, and area was very quiet during our stay. Management was very quick to respond to all of our questions. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome!

I booked our vacation last minute. Literally 3 weeks before arriving. I thought the price was too good to be true. Very clean, short walk to the beach, and staff was very helpful. No issues with this condo at all. I would highly recommend, and we will be coming back!

Interior of the unit was unsanitary, dirty dishes & linens. Pet hair galore & broken glass in floor

Property itself is great location. Property management not so much bothered with the many issues we found upon arrival . Insane Host fees that have still not been properly justified as they exceed the actual rental etc. i submitted all 16 photos (,can only upload 8) to "Person that handles that" Lacy & was offered 50 off cleaning fee of 150 (havent seen that) Will definitely choose another rental company for our 5th visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was old and lots of cracks in the tiles. + Bathroom was so small. You can hardly move around in it. It was cutely decorated but still there's a lot of dirt and grime on the appliances and in the corners on the floor

No burea or shelves for clothes. Broken microwave. No hooks or towel bars in bathroom. One teaspoon. No empty cabinets for food. Fridge froze liquid medicine. Screen door to balcony ripped plastic mattress cover ripped and crinkly. One lamp in bedroom They did get a chest of drawers and a countertop microwave a few days later. Old microwave and dirty Also the electric outlet for island kept tripping every time used coffee maker or microwave. Really dissapointed to spend 1 weeks there. It is a good location just a co do that looks pretty but needs some work

Nice Rental, Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good:Great location, very clean, nice furniture. Very reasonable price. Check in was a breeze and the instructions were perfect. The not so good:The plastic mattress cover on the bed. It makes a LOT of noise and is very slippery and you feel like you are sliding all over the bed. I understand the need for it, but perhaps put a mattress cover on top of it. There is no TV in the bedroom. Bathroom is very small, would not recommend for more than two people. Also need a full size ironing board and quality iron. In all, it was a nice place to stay, especially at the last minute, and was worth the price. Very close to restaurants and easy beach access. Aside from the mattress cover, nothing was a major inconvenience. Would stay here again, and would recommend.
