Place was nice and clean. Great view. The only real complaints is there could have been a broom to sweep up during the stay and there certainly needs to be better cooking utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen.

Disappointing

The condo itself was spacious and nicely furnished, but the experience was seriously impacted by cleanliness issues. Every water fixture — including shower heads and faucets — had noticeable mildew. My wife and kids were extremely uncomfortable.We contacted the management company and later the property manager, but no one ever came to address the issue. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and scrubbing everything ourselves — not what you expect when paying premium rates for a beachfront rental.This place has potential, but the lack of maintenance and poor response from management made for a disappointing stay.

Friends and Family Weekend Getaway

This property was an excellent choice for my friends and our daughters to celebrate graduation and engagements. The condo was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Easily slept all 11 of us. Only thing I wished was different is maybe a sectional couch for more seating options. Of course, we only needed that one night to watch an LSU baseball game and we made it thru. Would highly recommend using the Excel Beach service app to book your beach chairs in advance….its first come first serve. Also, if you have more than 2 vehicles be sure and set up parking with the overflow lot beforehand if you are arriving after hours.

Family beach vacation

This beach rental was everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely stunning—with breathtaking ocean views right from the balcony.We spent our mornings watching the sunrise and our evenings soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a cozy, inviting feel. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed for our stay, and everything was easy to find and use. Communication with the host was seamless, and they made sure we felt welcome from start to finish.It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of the coast. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge by the sea.

Stayed here over Christmas with our family. Right across the street from the jellyfish restaurant. Used fitness center and heated pool. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fairly well equipped.

Beautiful facility and condo. Booking was easy and the management staff kept in contact before , during and after our stay. One disappointment was with the amenity pools. The lagoon pool was not heated like we expected. It was too cold for the kids. Then the whirlpool broke 3 days into our stay. Otherwise we had a good stay

Your Comments The condo is absolutely beautiful, stunning views of the gulf, large & open floor plan, my family of 9 fit comfortably. Located within walking distance to two gift shops & restaurants (which we highly recommend). I do wish there was more area on the beach to set-up for the day versus renting chairs & an umbrella, as you are not aloud to set up in front of them. We did find an alternative that is just 3 minutes down the road to the National Park to access Johnson’s Beach (you purchase a pass that is good for 7 days), we did enjoy the beach at the condo in the evening & at night for crab hunting. Overall I highly recommend this condo, we had the best experience & management was helpful & responsive! We would most definitely book again!

Family vacation

We only have one complaint and one suggestion! We did not have internet service during our stay, the front desk could not help us and the internet provider Cox Communications would not answer the phone. We did not have TV service during the entire week. Our little children were not happy! Suggestion would be to have pot holders on site because the only towel is not enough to wash and dry dishes and get hot things out of the oven. We enjoyed everything else about the property and location.

Wonderful Trip

We had a great time during our stay. The only issue we had was with the TVs. We were never able to use the TV in the master bedroom at all. Nothing worked. They cane and got the cable boxes while there and then the tv in one of the other bedrooms would not work. Other than that, the trip was wonderful.
