There is also a screened in patio that is the perfect relaxing spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or reading. There is plenty of off street parking in the double driveway and 2 car garage.



Inside, this home has been updated with all new paint, new flooring, new high end furniture throughout, and mounted smart TVs. This large 3 bedroom home has a split floor plan that separates the primary suite from the other 2 bedrooms. The primary suite features a huge smart TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom. On the other side of the home is another full bathroom separating the other 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office with a designated work space in case you need to get some work done. This office/bedroom has a pullout queen sofa. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and mounted smart TV.
