This is an eye appealing home filled with lots of new trinkets. Comfortable beds were certainly a plus. Unfortunately we did come across some negatives.The placement of the home is RIGHT next to businesses that get their trash picked up before sunrise. It’s also right in front of a stop light which will have residents flying through with their trailers slamming over the bumps in the road and then blaring their music to where it would vibrate the entire home while they waited at the light. Our first night we were woken up at 4:40am because someone wanted to blast their base in their car.There were also a few spots with loose screws. Bathroom shower nozzle, front door, and the cabinet by the refrigerator. The bathroom door was also scraping the floor until we realized you had to lift it some because the screws needed to be tightened. We babied and documented everything to make sure nothing got worse.All in all, for a temporary stay this was not bad at all. Matter of fact, we still really enjoyed our stay. Great communication, clean, plenty of amenities, 17 mins to Pensacola beach and a straight shot to Joe Patti’s. We would 100% recommend this to others who are okay with city living.
