Although the staff seemed to try, they couldn’t get the shuttle times correct and breakfast was very limited. Uber eats could not seem to find the hotel and there was no management available. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would like to talk to somebody in management, however.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the breakfast had the same offerings for all five days. Also, the pancake machine was inop all five days. The facility, staff, and location were all superb.

The bedding and towels were FILTHY! Both had stains and when wet had black spots. I requested fresh bedding upon arrival which has stains all over. Each day receiving new towels were filthy as well.

Airport shuttle service great. Checkin and checkout great. Parking great. Stayed 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. Followed up three times and room never cleaned or new towels provided. Fresh brew coffee macjine at breakfast broken the first two days. No white milk one day for breakfast. No yogurt for three days. No fresh fruit or eggs for three day stay. No pancakes, waffles or fresh toast over three days.
