This was our first stay in downtown Pensacola (we normally stay on the beach) and it did not disappoint! The Gadsden is perfectly located near downtown and all that it has to offer and having Maria's just steps away is an added bonus! The property was spotless when we arrived and well stocked with all we needed. We will surely be back for another stay!

We enjoyed the cottage! Location was great! When we arrived the previous guest trash was still in the kitchen! Found lots of long hairs in various places!! Including bed! We washed sheets and put them back on bed!

Spent a wonderful week, very spacious for my husband and I. We lacked for nothing- full kitchen, large bedroom and living space. The house was beautiful inside and out. Very rooming. Air conditioning was great! We cooked multiple meals with utensils and seasonings at the unit. There's a hair dryer there and I had forgotten one. I was very glad!! We will definitely book this property again. The property was very quite no issues with road noise. Maria seafood market was absolutely great. We eat there one night and purchased red snapper and gulf shrimp, cooked it that same night. Looking forward to are next trip to Pensacola.
