3.5 Star Stay at Tru by Hilton We stayed at Tru by Hilton for two nights. While the property overall looked clean and well-maintained, our experience was mixed. Unfortunately, the towels we were initially given were dirty. When we requested new ones, we were told to pick them up at the front desk, which was inconvenient. Front desk staff are not hospitable. It’s like they hate their job. Sleeping was a challenge due to the pillows—they were flat like pancakes and had an unpleasant smell, likely from the feathers inside. On top of that, the persistent beeping from the smoke detector was quite annoying throughout the night. That said, the hotel offers a decent price, a good breakfast, plenty towel hooks, and clean facilities, so I would still recommend it if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option. Just be prepared to bring your own towels or ask early for replacements and maybe pack your own pillow!

Hotel was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. I had to change my date on Expedia but they forgot to include my payment with the changes. I think it is preferable to reserve through the hotel website.

Great check in. Nicole was friendly and courteous. Our room was ready and clean. The breakfast was decent and the breakfast lady was friendly and readily available if we needed anything. The lobby area was spacious, clean and colorful with 24 hr coffee service.

The rooms were very clean and a comfortable bed. They had a decent breakfast. I love having coffee and tea also available 24/7. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was very loud. Other than that I would still stay there again.

Plenty of shops and food places.now the hotel staff was wonderful the lady doing breakfast i think her name jan food was so very good. The beds and pillows way to soft,miserable sleep and the air conditioner was awful it would go way high at certain time and we would wake up so sweaty different times .

Staff was friendly. I prepaid for two rooms, and the clerk made me pay for incidentals separately, instead of just letting me run my card just one time. Also the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And it was nice and quiet. There were several restaurants & fastfood places nearby. But there were 2 USB’s and plugs in the TV console - neither worked. The water pressure in the shower was great, but the water did not stay hot and at one point turned ice cold. I had to turn the water off mid-shower and turn it on again to get the water to warm up again. This was not a long shower by any means. Also, I was shocked that there was only 1 USB on the end table in between 2 queen sized beds, and NO USBs or plugs at the desk.
