Welcome to Turtle Spa House, a luxury beach retreat located directly across the street from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. From inside Turtle Spa House, public beach access is directly across the street and just to the right (west), providing an easy walk to the sand and Gulf.

Designed specifically for large families and groups, Turtle Spa House offers approximately 5,500 sq. ft. of interior living space plus more than 3,000 sq. ft. of outdoor decks. With multiple gathering spaces, two kitchen areas, five private en-suite bedrooms, two bonus sleeping areas and resort-style outdoor amenities, the home was designed not simply to sleep up to 21 guests, but to make a large group comfortable throughout their stay.

Multiple decks provide beautiful outdoor living spaces, including our west-facing hot-tub deck and east-facing upper rooftop deck, both offering exceptional, unobstructed coastal views. Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, Pensacola Beach and Intracoastal waterways, with beautiful sunset views from both decks depending on the season.

COASTAL VIEWS & NEIGHBORING CONSTRUCTION

A new home is currently under construction across the street from Turtle Spa House. As construction has progressed, portions of the direct Gulf views from both living levels have changed and may continue to change. Beautiful Gulf views remain to either side of the neighboring property.

The west-facing hot-tub deck and east-facing upper rooftop deck remain unobstructed by the neighboring construction and continue to provide some of the home’s most beautiful coastal views.

🍽 CHEF’S KITCHEN & SECOND PREP KITCHEN

Turtle Spa House was designed with large-group cooking and entertaining in mind.

The spacious main chef’s kitchen includes a 36-inch induction cooktop, double ovens, 2 dishwashers, full-size refrigerator, and a separate storage pantry with plenty of room for groceries and supplies.

A separate second prep kitchen on the lower living level provides additional food-prep, storage and serving space and includes the home’s second full-size refrigerator, third dishwasher and two additional washer/dryer sets — a major convenience when several families are sharing the home.

Altogether, guests have 3 dishwashers, 2 full-size refrigerators and 3 washer/dryer sets — practical features that make a noticeable difference when the house is occupied by a large group.

Spacious open-concept living and dining areas allow everyone to gather together. A ceiling fan and 50-inch TV in the main living area add additional comfort, while a gas grill and XL Primo ceramic smoker provide outdoor cooking options.

🎮 GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINING

The large game room gives kids and adults a separate place to relax, play and hang out away from the main living area.

It features ping-pong, a 50-inch TV, ceiling fan and dedicated wine/beverage refrigerator. Kids can connect their own gaming system to the game-room TV, allowing them to play their favorite games without taking over the main living-room TV.

The game room also serves as one of the home’s two bonus sleeping areas, with a queen sleeper sofa and a half bath conveniently located nearby.

🌴 PRIVATE POOL, HOT TUB & OUTDOOR LIVING

Enjoy your own private gunite swimming pool with waterfall and tanning ledge, with outdoor space for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The large hot tub is located on the west-facing game-room deck and is available during cooler months only. A dedicated outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby so guests can rinse off before entering the hot tub.

A second outdoor shower is located downstairs, providing a convenient place to rinse off after returning from the beach or enjoying the pool.

With more than 3,000 sq. ft. of outdoor decks, guests have multiple places to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals, afternoon relaxation and evenings outside.

The west-facing hot-tub deck and east-facing upper rooftop deck offer exceptional, unobstructed coastal views, including the Gulf of Mexico, Pensacola Beach and Intracoastal waterways. Depending on the season, beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from both decks.

Turtle Spa House was thoughtfully constructed with large groups and multiple families in mind, with features designed to improve comfort, privacy and sound control throughout the home.

• 11-inch insulated concrete (ICF) exterior walls provide excellent insulation and sound reduction
• Rockwool sound insulation between the two living levels, along with two layers of drywall, helps reduce sound transfer between floors
• Tile flooring throughout the entire home — no carpet, making the home easy to keep clean and a great choice for guests who prefer a carpet-free environment due to allergies or sensitivities
• Geothermal heating and cooling helps maintain comfortable, consistent indoor temperatures and humidity
