I have been staying in this area for 40 yrs, these people listed the property as if it was fully functional, there was construction going on, the main pool had no water in it. I have sent the host emails to try and get a partial refund, with no response. This was a complete rip off and waste of money, I talked to several guest who said they had no idea the construction was ongoing when they booked or they would have stayed at another location that actually had a functioning adult pool. Very dissatisfied and will never spend my money in Pensacola Beach again. We are 63 yrs old and had to roll our belongings all the way across the parking lot because you couldn’t get to front door with vehicles. Low budget place for luxury prices. They constantly texted me about my responsibility upon arrival and checkout but didn’t take care of their responsibilities by taking care of guests.

Beach getaway

Very clean and bright condo. Third time staying at Emerald Isle. Loved being on 2nd floor because it isnt a hassle to ride on elevator and you still have a good view of the water. Love how everything is walking distance because the traffic can be bad at times.

Beautiful condo, pool and beach area. Host is very attentive and keeps you updated with all info needed. Only thing missing was an iron/ironing board. Lots of dining and shopping very close.

Our trip was perfect except the bed in Master. The weather, decor, location, and cleanliness of the condo were perfect! Future guests, ask for new mattress or frame…..there is a huge dip in the middle which complicated my back problems I would stay here again, and plan to stay in the other room, which also had a king!

Awful! First you get inundated with communication from multiple sources. Next, you ask questions like about the coffee maker and the beach chairs and you get zero or incorrect answers. Why? Because someone is too lazy to know the actual answer or find it out! Next, you walk in and the place is dirty, the floor, the table, the dishes, the bed and the balcony is disgusting! Next, everything is cheap, outdated and austere. Uncomfortable chairs and such. You are presented with an array of codes that you just have to write on you hand. Next, the big pool was closed, the drive through drop off was closed. There was construction everywhere with tape, drop clothes, and noise. To add insult to injury I got a parking warning. My tag was sitting in my front window. I spoke with a lady, not my problem, spoke to another lady, we know you're good but its the building. Called the building, no answer. Left a message and prayed. No response. What if they had towed my vehicle because of their stupidity and lack of coordination/communication. Never again. Buyer Beware!!! As I said to the lady, this place was absolutely not ready for guests!!
