Wonderful beach house in gated community of Santa Rosa Villas Estates with views of the Gulf from the second and third level decks. The top floor has a primary king bedroom and bath as well as a daybed with 2 twin mattresses in the bonus room space off the shared vanity space and a second queen bedroom. Both rooms have views of the gulf from your bed and deck. The main level has a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with an additional king trundle and twin Murphy bed and main bathroom and living space as well as large well equipped kitchen with 2 dining areas and breakfast bar. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper w/Serta gel mattress in the living area. The garage is equipped with beach carts, coolers, bicycles, pool and beach toys and beach chairs. There is a pack n play, walker and safety gates in as well for even the smallest beach goer. Follow the beach path just steps away from the beautiful Gulf or visit the private soundside exclusive to the neighborhood where the beach and calmer waters are great for smaller children and also includes a private fishing pier. Guests agree to the attached guest rental agreement when the reservation is booked. Community pool just one house away. Pet friendly with pet fee.

Perfect location and well kept property, hosts had thought of everything. Everything was well stocked and there were lot of stuff in the garage like bikes, kayaks, etc. Kitchen had all the utensils. The bench front was just across the street. Pensacola Beach is only 3 miles away. Highly recommend.

Here for the Blues

Nice house and quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay if you want to be outside of the busy area but close enough to bike in or drive. The Blue Angels are visible when flying over beach.

Perfect Pensacola Beach Experience

The house is so close to the beach, with beautiful views and everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away. The owners left us a thoughtful basket of snacks and some essentials and they were incredibly responsive. Everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach is stocked in the house, and you can't beat how gorgeous Pensacola Beach is. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Getaway

We had a wide range of age ranges and with the extra "beach toys"; bicycles and pool accessories everyone had what they needed for walk to the Gulf; Sound and pool and the "toys" they wanted for their water play! Convenient to groceries and shopping was a short drive away.

Cleanliness, minute attention to detail, welcome feeling of VIP, excellent quality of everything inside and out. This house has all a family or party needs to enjoy the best time at the beach which is a 5 minute walk away. Fantastic place! Fantastic location! Fantastic owners! My family and I loved our stay here. The house offers more than you could imagine! Amenities galore! Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Quiet and uncrowded beach just across the street and the bay side out back was awesome as well. The owners were absolutely wonderful to answer any questions quickly and provided a very nice welcome basket upon our arrival. 5 out of 5 in every category!

The host was incredibly welcoming and an excellent communicator. They even left a welcome basket of goodies for us and our puppy, which was such a thoughtful surprise. They responded quickly to every question we had.The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there, and I have never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so well equipped. We had everything we could ask for. There were toys, bikes, dog toys, and just about anything you could possibly need. Truly amazing.I will 100% go back if I can.

Soccer tournament weekend stay

Hands down the best communication Ive had for a property in my history of using VRBO! They are kind, very responsive and helpful! Plenty of room for everyone, convenient access to the beach, a pool if you desire and room for parking! 10/10 would stay here again (hopefully with a few extra trash bags next time lol). This is our second stay at this house. Both times for a soccer tournament, and the house is amazing. Sharon is a great host and communicator. As long we have tourneys in Pensacola we will stay here. Girls won the tourney as well 🙂

Stocked and clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. If we needed anything it was taken care of very promptly. The house especially the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together as a family. The only thing someone might need to know about is the 5th bedroom is in the master closet. It would be great for small children. Great location!
