Emerald Isle 1706 is a two-bedroom, two-bath top-floor Gulf-front condo located directly on Pensacola Beach, offering a private balcony with expansive views of the Gulf. This unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests and features an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a nearby full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
Guests have access to resort amenities including two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center with sauna, and direct beach access via a private boardwalk. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).
Conveniently located near the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, dining, and local attractions.

Great location, incredible view

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony on this unit is amazing, you can sit out there for hours enjoying coffee or cocktails. We loved the fact there were many restaurants and shops nearby, were able to walk pretty much everywhere with little need to drive. Lots of codes and security to move around the facility, can be a bit annoying but the upside is not having anyone wandering around that does not belong. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a couple of problems but staff was quick to fix them. The wind was ridiculous so the front door had a very loud whistling sound all night. The couch pullout bed was broken but they did bring a rollaway. It was in the middle of the living room and very small for two people to sleep comfortably but we made it work. The view was amazing. I would stay at this property again.

Yearly beach trip

Each year we come to Pensacola and we stay at Emerald Isle although this is the first time in this particular condo. I have to say of the ones we have stayed in this was our least favorite. Although it was comfortable and well furnished, the kitchen appliances need updated. They look to be from the 90's and the fridge ice and water sometimes wouldn't stop coming out. We are used to the condos we stay in having some amount of things in the cabinets such as salt and pepper or extra trash bags or paper towels. There was literally nothing. The glass door in the master bedroom that goes to the balcony was broken. My husband tried to open it and finally did but then spent an hour trying to get it fully closed. The master bed had a quality mattress on it but the bed is pretty high off the floor. I am 5feet 6inches and I have moderate back problems and my husband literally had to help me in the bed every night. I wasn't able to get into the bed on my own. I can see this being a serious issue for a lot of people who have mobilty issues and such. The view from this condo is fabulous and the included beach service is always very appreciated. We did enjoy our stay and will be back to Emeral Isle but will probably not book this particular condo again.

beautiful view

beautiful view and very comfy bed to sleep on. Master bed is very high, even for my 6' height. Nice to have ice upon arrival. Ice dispenser doesn't always stop dispensing and you may need to open freezer. Had some beach toys if you need them. Beach and pools were lovely. Suggest bringing games for rainy days. Unit has 3 TVs and nice selection of DVDs, but no games. Codes for parking lot, pedestrian gate from beach and the road, and the front door access rarely, if ever worked. That was a consistant complaint from all the visitors, not just this unit. Front door to unit code however always worked.

Nice but not the nicest.

Usually I never have an issue this time a little different. Nothing major but the price I paid I feel things should have been a little nicer. This time the condo I originally booked got switched without my permission and I just happened to catch it(thankfully in time) and they did correct it and even upgraded me to a 3bedroom. So the staff are awesome and very helpful! The condo was nice with beautiful views but it needs some work. Walls were scuffed up and dirty, shower curtain in the master was moldy, bed in single guest room was very wobbly my son was nervous he was going to break it and the poor couch all ripped on the back and had a slight smell, so we didn’t really sit on it. Like I said beautiful views just needs some paint and some upgrades.

Luxury condo that is beautifully decorated with views for miles up and down the shoreline. Well stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach and yummy cafés. Nice linens. Very clean and quiet.

Beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay there with beautiful beach views. Although the property had all the amenities that were needed and the place was clean and very satisfying, the pictures on the web site of the inside of the condo were completely different from the actual condo. I emailed the owner and was told this was due to renovations. I would definitely come back here, but feel a little deceived by the online pictures not being current or true.

Wonderful views, great place to stay

The condo was exactly what we were looking for—unimpeded views of the ocean, neatly appointed, usable and appropriately stocked kitchen, pool access. We were not disappointed. The check-in process was smooth, online parking pass process was smooth and after hours check-out was as easy as dropping off a gym key. We hope to be back in the future.

Great location

Location, Beach access and umbrella chairs were what brought us here. The cleanliness and amenities will bring us back. It appears the photos are of a different unit because nothing was the same but overall just cosmetic differences, view was incredible. The front door whistles constantly. Breathtaking view from the condo

Absolutely loved this condo, view of the water and waves coming was amazing! Only issues we had was check in, because it was after hours, and picked up welcome package at a different location which had several codes needed to get into our condo.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this property, especially the location and that view! Our hotel cancelled our booking because of unexpected renovations and this property did not disappoint. Nice, but noisy when windy!

Very nice place, but if it is windy, the front door howls---loudly! And it is almost like standing in front of a fan with all that air rushing in. When you use the sliding lock, it slows the wind coming in but then the noise is a whistling howl. If you are in the front bedroom, I suppose you could consider it a loud white noise! There were a few minor issues I would fix if it were my place, but otherwise a very nice condo that met our needs.

Overall good place

This is our third time staying at the Emerald Isle and overall this unit was ok. I’ll list out the pro’s and con’s. Con’s: *master bed is wobbly and felt like it could fall apart if you were to plop down a bit too hard. *while it was overall clean, it wasn’t deep clean. Now I am a clean freak so this could also just be me. It wasn’t anything to complain about just not my level of clean. The kettle for instance, probably had not be used in a bit so it had a layer of film on it. *shower heads were ancient but we never ran out of hot water *you have to have code to get to 17th floor and it was difficult to do when others were in the elevator entering their floor numbers. Pro’s: *great location *great views *the unit has everything you need *hot water!! Love this *provide a free lazy day chair/umbrella rental *overall process is very easy Overall we would stay here again.
