This staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our bungalow ended up being at the bottom of a steep hill which would have been a struggle for my mom. At 9 pm the owning and GM got staff to clean another bungalow and moved us that was closer to the car and a more mild hill. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great
Love is an understatement, I’d come here again. Very quiet and staff is so friendly and accommodating. Everyone is super helpful and the food was 100/10. The views are perfect and the rooms are very spacious. Don’t hesitate to book here !

Space was beautiful and staff were very friendly. However, location was not good. We had trouble getting taxis and ubers ans tours that included transportation did not include this hotel on their route. The number provided for any guest needs was never answered either by phone or message once we arrived. The shower water temperature changed often while showering, making for an uncomfortable shower.
Had an amazing time! Sadly the doors to the balcony didnt open, but the room was still beautiful! We had a private hot tub and going to the restaurant connected was beautiful in the morning. The people were so friendly and you can book a massage
Our family of five stayed at Junglo Resort and Spa over the holidays and had a wonderful overall experience. While we encountered a brief challenge due to a regional power outage (completely outside the resort’s control), the manager—who is also the owner—was on site, extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of!
The resort itself is new, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views. Our accommodations were very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could.
We also had the opportunity to speak with the owner about his vision for the future development and expansion of the resort. It’s clear he has the right ambition and passion, and we truly wish him continued success.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to La Fortuna and highly recommend Junglo Resort and Spa to others looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway.
Absolutely amazing. So much fun staying so close to the jungle. The staff and owner were top notch. Food and drinks were good. The bungalow we stayed in was excellent.
Will and staff were very welcoming and the place was bran new and very modern.
Good location, beautiful view. Lovely food at restaurant and amenities were perfect for
Our 4 days in La Fortuna.

We only used microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Its a small kitchenette not a full kitchen which is located below the staircase. Villa has lots of sun lights but no curtains. Owner is very friendly, staffs are nice. But to reach there you need a suv and good driving skill. Not easy to spot at night for firsttime visitors. Not close to any attraction or town. It has a tiny pull or hottub next to the restaurant. Overall good place if you like a quite
This is a gem of a resort to stay in La Fortuna; we highly recommend it to anyone visiting La Fortuna. We loved the uniquely designed 2 level bungalow, plenty of space, with 2 balconies in the middle of a forest and gardens. We were received by Manager Bill with a welcome drink. After a long drive from Liberia and navigating a difficult gravel road for the last 5 kilometers, it was very refreshing. We actually had two separate bookings for different bungalows for two nights, but Bill was very friendly and kind enough to rearrange our reservations and gave us one home, so we didn't have to switch. The staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. The restaurant on-site had a good selection of food with some vegetarian options. In spite of the peak season, the price was low for this place - may be due to it's accessibility but Bill did say the local goverment is working on a plan to complete the gravel road - after which this will likely become a preferred place for visitors.

The rooms themself were very nice almost a bungalow type tiny house with a balcony on top. The houses are very updated and new however there were some issues with the lock and we were often waiting for help to open our bungalow. One night the AC unit broke and we lost power however the service staff did a good job in handling the situation. The breakfast in the restaurant near is not very special, not worth the price however satisfactory for convenience purposes. View from the bungalows is amazing. We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t come in and clean at all so keep in mind that. Owner was very nice and accommodating to all the power issues and overall issues with our stay.
The place is amazing. The owner was very welcoming and the staff were great. The room concept is very modern and new with an incredible view. The restaurant and bar onsite have good food options.

We stayed for a week at Junglo. Gorgeous property but it isn't really a resort or spa. The property is stunning and the views are spectacular. The design of the rooms is modern and are more spacious than an average hotel room. The kitchenette is a really nice feature. Once you get there it is beautiful but be warned that the road to get there is in very bad condition and driving up and down every day was stressful, especially at night!! Google maps gets confused and we got lost the first night.
The staff are very friendly and kind. When I asked for things they got addressed but there wasn't much done in terms of being proactive. The rooms don't get serviced unless you ask and the correspondence on the Junglo Whatsapp was inconsistent. It was annoying to have to track someone down to ask for garbage to get emptied and to get more toilet paper.
The restaurant is nice and the food is tasty, including the cocktails. The servers and bartenders were always very friendly and went above and beyond. The menu is limited though.
There are no pools on site but 3 of the rooms have a jacuzzi. We complained because pools were advertised as a public amenity and as a feature of our room. We got a room upgrade but unfortunately the jacuzzi overflowed on one of the nights. I called and texted but no one came to help us deal with the overflow or the leaking that got into our room.
Overall, lovely place but there seems to be a lot of work to do to improve the guest experience!
Cant say enough great things about Junglo. The staff, specially Justin, James and the owner William, went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Justin and William gave us amazing recommendations.Place is very clean. We are already making plans to return. 100% recommend
Brand new property with only a few reviews that were all good. Glad we went with it. It was great. It is away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna and it is absolutely beautiful. It is a little bit off the beaten path and up a slightly challenging road to get to, but it is worth it. You need a rental car to get here. Preferably an SUV.
