The facility is top notch with all the amenities including a nice restaurant. Rooms were clean and spacious, looked to have been completely renovated 3-5years ago. The only criticisms i have was the lack of usb type plugs and the body wash and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. Otherwise, a great stay

Service was excellent at restaurant and the staff of the hotel were amazing. The pool area looks like it could use some repairs and updating as well as the room had some issues with the phone, outlet and thermostat. Also could have been more attention to detail in the cleanliness of the bathroom. Was disappointed to walk in and see men’s beard hairs stuck to the top of the tissue paper box and tissue on sink. Overall for the price of 230 for a night I found it not worth the value.

While we have stayed before and loved it, was not as good this time, room location was horrible, basement and had to walk all the way to end of building, down the stairs and all the way back to the end, while we never claimed accessibility needs, with bad knees this was troublesome. My wife is a smoker and has no problem going outside but the lighting was not working outside the door and while reported each day it still never got repaired. No rooms matching our preferred type were available through BW so we had to go through a 3rd party (expedia) and price was higher now in off season than in the summer. Still enjoy this hotel but will make sure of room location etc before booking again
