I reserved a suite but not handicap and that’s what I received the bed was so low to the floor, I have back problems and a bad knee and that didn’t help at all went to the front desk and they told me that was all they had I told them I didn’t select handicap suite on my Expedia account and was told they didn’t have any regular rooms that I booked for and that was it. I have stayed here numerous of times and never had this problem but I will not be booking here again oh yeah the room wasn’t as clean as it needed to be found hair on bathroom floor and in the bed and it want mine I have braids

The property itself is very nice and in a great location. However, the beds were not very comfortable, and the room could have used a bit more cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter. We checked in late and went straight to bed, but in the morning we noticed mold on the wall behind the headboard. It looked like someone had tried to cover it with wall mud and never repainted it, which made it clear this wasn’t a new issue. We told the front desk about the mold when we checked out and were told they would inform maintenance. We didn’t even bring up the other problems because it already felt like nothing was going to be done. There was a strong smell of urine on one side of the bed, dog poop on the floor next to where my wife had been sleeping, and a cockroach on the wall. We’re not usually ones to leave reviews like this, but with a toddler and a pregnant wife in the room, the condition of the space just wasn’t okay. Hopefully management takes this seriously for future guests.

The staff was very accommodating. The sofa bed was a little tough I could feel the springs. I also had to go downstairs to get extra sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. The place was really clean. When I pulled out the sofa bed there were gummies bears that came out the sofa bed. Overall good stay.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed here because we were traveling with our cat and the hotel is pet friendly. While the hotel charged a $75 extra pet fee for the night, we felt it was worth it.

There was a family reunion on the property and people in the parking lot drinking lines to get on the elevator was not able to partake in any of the complimentary food service because it was full from what I assume was the reunion and what seemed to be people from the town. I changed hotels in the way back
