Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 3rd floor in Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island. There are 2 queen beds in the master and a sofa bed in the living room. Full equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, and a pleasant view! Enjoy the beautiful view of the pond from your balcony while enjoying the fresh air. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features! Stroll the 1/2mile walk to the beach on paved sidewalks or drive and park right at the beach.
We offer keyless check in, so no waiting in long registration lines. Free parking onsite.

*Dog friendly for an additional $175 fee, processed closer to the time of stay.
*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. The condo is clean, well- stocked and in a great location close to pool and beach. The listing advertised the use of an indoor pool and gym with this condo. When we got there, we contacted the management company for the access code and they let us know we actually did not have access to these amenities. They gave us access to an indoor gym and pool in a nearby building so it worked out fine. Just know you only have access to the indoor pool and gym if you book with Litchfield Properties directly.

Very clean, adorable property. Someone before us had a dog who had peed on the rug, so we rolled it up to prevent ours from re-marking it. Other than that, it was perfect. It looked just like the listing. It was beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed with what we needed, and just our style. We absolutely loved it here and would stay again.

Summer family vacation

The condo exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at summerhouse several times, summer and winter. All different condos but this one was by far the best. It was clean, cozy and had extra touches others did not have. Beach chairs, Coffee , extra supplies, personel items in bathroom. We would absolutely rent this one again.

Great Property

This is a clean, updated, nicely decorated condo conveniently located close to Pawley's, Litchfield and Murrell's Inlet. There is a nice resort beach club about 1/2 mile from the condo. The resort also has great walking/biking paths. Really enjoyed the stay and plan to return!
