Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Minimum age of 21 to rent condo.



**Guests do not have access to pools, only private beach area**



We supply starter kits for essentials such as toilet tissue, bath soap, etc...guests are responsible for extra supplies if needed. This is a private condo at the resort, not managed by the front desk.
