This fully remodeled house, bright and clean space will be your hub while visiting family and/or experiencing what the south area of Puerto Rico has to offer. Located in a peaceful and safe working class neighborhood, we invite you to feel right at home.

With 3 nicely decorated bedrooms, a full bathroom and spacious terrace with jacuzzi, we invite you to relax and enjoy Patillas. Our guidebook will help you experience the area with activities like beach, hiking, culinary experiences and more.

The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely and beautifully renovated. The private covered back terrace offers space to relax and enjoy the jacuzzi. Access the terrace through the main bedroom or from the kitchen door.

Enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico right in between the mountains and the beach!

Our house is:
- 1 hour and a half from San Juan airport
- 15 minutes away from the Patillas beach and natural preserve
- 20 minutes away from Charco Azul, for hiking and natural pool
- 6 minutes away from La Poza de Sandra, a swimming lake
- 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Ponce

Beautiful home! Check in was very easy and the owners are extremely responsive to questions/concerns. The only downside is that we were not allowed to have visitors (which I can understand why) but regardless we had a great time! Would definitely recommend this rental to those traveling to Puerto Rico.

Property was very nice and location was good. The property owner needs to leave instructions for guests to operate the AC system and the TV. I would suggest a three ring binder with instructions for guests. It would be helpful to include nearest hospital or medical facility. We were told to respect neighbors and be quiet. Unfortunately, the 3 dogs next door did not get the same memo. Very noisy and annoying.
