Welcome to our modern and stylish loft by the Ilz River in beautiful Passau!
This spacious 65 m² loft apartment sleeps up to 4 guests (2 in a luxurious double bed, 2 on a comfortable sofa bed) and features charming exposed brickwork combined with modern design. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality bed linens and towels, and a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Large arched windows fill the space with natural light, highlighting the unique vaulted brick ceilings and elegant flooring. Free on-site parking is included for your convenience. A bus stop is within walking distance, and you’ll find the peaceful Bschüttpark and the Ilz River right outside your door. The historic Veste Oberhaus fortress is a pleasant 15-minute walk away.

For your convenience, check-in is contactless via a key box—the code will be provided after booking.
