Welcome to the newly renovated “Die drei Flüsse” vacation apartments in Passau, the city of three rivers! The property boasts a perfect location, right in the heart of Passau. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the city center with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and much more. The Inn River, with its large promenade and many small cafés and places to stop for a bite, is just around the corner and invites you to take a stroll and linger. You can arrive by public transportation (bus station 300 meters away, main train station 750 meters away) or by car. One duplex underground parking space per apartment is reserved for our guests directly in the building. You can conveniently drive from the underground parking garage directly to your vacation apartment’s floor. A parking space can be booked in advance for 10 EUR per night.
The accommodations are ideal both for vacationers who want to experience this beautiful city up close in the heart of Passau and for business travelers who appreciate a perfectly located stay.
Each of the three apartments is approximately 29 square meters in size and features a kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. Each apartment has two single beds (90x200 cm), which can be arranged either together or separately.
A desk is provided in each apartment for comfortable work. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available and welcome to use.

Important information regarding the use of the underground garage/platform parking system: maximum vehicle dimensions are 5 m x 1.9 m x 1.5 m (length, width, height). Vehicles taller than 1.50 m, as well as lowered vehicles with front spoilers, may only be parked at your own risk. The load capacity per parking space in the Vertiflex parking system is 2,000 kg.
