You’ve arrived at a stunning 1940s Paso Robles home that has truly aged like fine wine. Within minutes, you’re walking just 5 minutes to the heart of vibrant downtown Paso Robles, where wine tasting lounges, award-winning restaurants, and one-of-a-kind boutique shops surround you. Inside, the spacious living room naturally draws everyone together, with vintage records and a record player setting the perfect, laid-back ambiance.

The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with showers, giving everyone space to settle in comfortably. The guest bedroom welcomes you with a queen bed and a spacious walk-in closet (see photos), while the primary bedroom feels especially relaxing with a king bed, 60" flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet. The living room includes another 60" flat-screen TV, along with the record player and vintage records, plus board games and classic books lining the shelves. A dedicated work desk sits tucked into the corner of the living room. There’s also one twin floor mattress with extra sheets and pillows available for an additional guest.

Great Location and Amenities!

Great house and so well stocked! The house had everything we needed and more. Location was perfect, easy walk to the fair and downtown. Such a great find, we will definitely be back!

We had a few glitches getting in, but it all worked out. This is a great location for walking to town and for driving to any place you would like to go in Paso. The house has a good layout, with two bathrooms easily accessible from the two bedrooms. It would be ideal for two couples traveling together. My husband and I enjoyed the space and location with our dog. It is very accommodating for your four-legged friend.
