the room did not have back up toilet paper or facial tissue, there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor and the lobby has a strong odor of air freshener that it was nauseating. I had to get dressed and go to the front desk at 7:00 for back up TP

The room was clean and was nicely set up. The TV worked well and had a variety of channels. Unfortunately, the toilet didn’t work, nor did the hot water. However, staff was helpful in resolving the issue and offered a new room. Overall a nice place for a quick stay.

Stayed here for one evening, and had I booked any longer, we would have left and found something else. This place is run down, outdated and feels almost unsafe immediately upon arrival. The guests above us were awake (falling, stumbling) from 1-4am so I was unable to get really any sleep. The condition of the room was absolutely disgusting. Walls falling apart, mold in bathroom, etc. Unless you’re on a tight budget and need to stay here, I recommend going somewhere else.

Although the front desk attendant was super friendly and as helpful as he could be, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Bedroom curtains were torn , bathroom tiles broken and loose. Bathtub faucet finicky. Vending machines not functional with no other access to drinks and snacks. Fortunately, there is a deli a block away to make those purchases.

I went to enjoy a mini vacation and at my door at 11pm approached a creep in a hoodie looking left and right knocking on my door. I said hello multiple times before he answered in a low voice he had a delivery for me. I told him wrong door even though he had nothing in his hands. And he proceeded to say let him in and for me to open the door and even asked me if I was a girl and alone. After that he walked out and I saw him leave the hotel and he was outside by my window. I called the front desk they said they saw nothing and it was impossible they had to go through them to walk in. But my wife was terrified so we checked out. And I pulled up the car so she wouldn’t be scared and guess what I saw the same man outside of the hotel near the windows with another man. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a family.
